Conversations and tasks drain you because you overanalyze and obsess over everything and can’t get out of your head!

You’re the first to show up for everyone else but the idea of letting someone else take care of you or taking care of yourself feels wrong.

When you’re overstimulated, feel unheard, or misunderstood you may lash out, shut down, or beat yourself up like it’s all your fault.

So, you find reasons to push people away and isolate or get super clingy but never speak up when they hurt you.

You’ve tried therapy, journaling, meditating, listening to self-help podcasts, and have at least 500 mental health TikTok and IG posts saved that we both know you’ll never look at again.

My Vibe and Approach

  • Goal & Solution Focused: During our consultation, we’ll create a goal and use every session after that to develop solutions to get you toward that goal.

  • Experiential: I take a mind-body, holistic approach which means figuring out what works best for you and going from there. In between sessions, you’ll have “homework” that we finalize together to build on what we do in our sessions (and don’t worry, it’s the fun kind that can include things like having a blanket fort coloring date with your inner child).

  • Heal the Root Causes: Working with me is like jumping down the rabbit hole headfirst only to come out of the looking glass on the other side. We are working through the deeper wounds on a mind, body, and soul level.

  • Affirming: I prioritize honoring your lived experience including your sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship style, racial, ethnic, or cultural background, ability, neurodivergence, and stage of healing.

  • Collaborative: I’m not the expert on you. So, I encourage you to listen to your body’s signals and advocate for yourself in sessions and beyond. I will gently call you out when I notice you holding back or going along with shit that isn’t working for you. But it’s all because I want YOU to learn to trust your instincts, opinions, and feelings.

  • Quick & Dirty Tools: I know you’re busy AF and you hate doing things that feel tedious (SAME) so when I give you practices and exercises to do at home, they’re effective and typically only take a few minutes.

  • Real Talk & Laughs: I am not perfect, and I will never come at you like I am. This means I’m gonna be real and imperfect with you and you get to be real and imperfect with me. I also understand how intense healing can be, so I try to throw in some laughs for levity and yes, I welcome your dark humor!

Session Rates

Session Rate: $125 /60-minutes

Couples Session Rate: $175/90-minutes

Because this work goes deeper than talk therapy, I recommend booking sessions every 2-3 weeks. That gives you time to integrate, put homework into practice, and get out of the sense of urgency to heal fast!

  • Sessions are online via Zoom, and I offer them Monday - Thursday, 11am - 7pm EST.

  • I love offering online support because it gives you the convenience of showing up wherever you are in the world. Everything is still confidential on my end (my cat Nadja will most likely be curled up nearby). I get not everyone is into virtual sessions, but it does also mean you can get as cozy as you want while moving through the deep shit. Which means if you wanna show up in your PJs with snacks, I fully support that!

  • Not exactly. Therapy often focuses on processing the past solely through talking. Somatic coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, addressing the past only as needed to move forward. It also focuses on body-based practices along with verbal processing.

    This isn’t a substitute for prescribed medications or necessary medical treatment. It’s a great addition to your current care or next step if you’ve completed care.

  • I work strictly with adults, 18+ through individual or couples sessions.

  • Hell yes, I am! I welcome all sexual orientations, gender identities, and lived experiences. I’m also a part of the community (omnisexual)🌈

  • No! Most of my Clients are in the US and Canada, but I work with clients all over the world.

  • I don’t and I also don’t offer diagnosis (sometimes a huge plus), but I do offer sliding scale payments to meet financial needs. We can discuss this during our consultation.

  • You can pay by session or purchase sessions in a package of 6 or 12 sessions via payment plan. All major credit cards are accepted through my HIPPA compliant scheduling platform.

    Payment is made at the time of booking, whether you book with me at the end of a session or yourself.

    Payment plans is set to autopay on the same day each month until it's fully paid off. Once paid off, the payment plan will auto cancel.

  • I require 24-hours’ notice to cancel sessions without loss of session fee, otherwise you will be charged a full session fee for missed, no-show, or a late-canceled sessions.

    If there’s a medical emergency or other significant issue, it’s at my discretion to reschedule without losing the session fee.

  • I understand plans can change. Single sessions and any payments already made on a payment plan are not refundable.

    If you are experiencing hardship or a significant life change that will make further payments on a payment plan difficult, please reach out at least 5 business days before your next payment to discuss.
