  • Most struggles started before you were born and were passed down through family lines.

    Ancestral healing practices, similar to Parts Work, help break the cycles associated with immigration, poverty, war, oppression, abuse, and religious trauma.

    We’ll work with your body to “meet with your ancestors” and wipe the slate clean, giving you the freedom to build a life that reflects who you are now.

  • Through Sensorimotor Processing, we’ll work with your body to shift physical reactions and sensations related to unprocessed trauma and the current patterns holding you back.

    This process helps release tension and even pain from your body making it easier to create new beliefs.

    We’ll use that ease to pair new emotions and physical sensations with supportive beliefs, making it feel even better to move forward.

  • The vagus nerve controls how your body responds to stress sending you into survival mode or freeze.

    It connects your brain and major organs, causing sickness and health issues like autoimmune disease, heart disease, and chronic pain/fatigue with long-term stress.

    We’ll use simple practices, stimulating the vagus nerve to shift your body from survival mode to calm and clarity. Over time, it’ll improve your emotional resilience, stress recovery, and even physical health.

  • We’ll use embodiment practices like grounding, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and body awareness throughout our work together to:

    • Stay present, solidify new beliefs and supportive emotions mind, body, and soul.

Single Session: $125 per 60-minute session

12-Session Package: $230/month for 6 months or $172.50/month for 8 months.

  • Yes! As someone with ADHD and CPTSD, I’ve experienced firsthand how amazing somatic experiencing is. Many clients have found this body-centered approach to be much more helpful and supportive.

  • Simply put, I use women to describe cis and trans women and femmes is for anyone who was born with a vulva but identifies as non-binary.

  • Absolutely. This space welcomes individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and lived experiences.

  • No, it’s not a substitute for therapy, prescribed medications, or necessary medical treatment. It’s a great addition to your current care or next step if you’ve completed care.

  • Sessions are online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. I’m available for coaching Monday - Thursday and respond to WhatsApp messages on those days as well.

  • No problem, things come up, and I understand that.

    Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    After that, if there’s a medical emergency or other significant issue, it’s at my discretion to reschedule without losing the session. Please reach out via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. No-shows will automatically result in the loss of that session.

  • The payment plan is set to automatically charge the card or bank account used to the purchase your package on the same day each month until it's fully paid off.

    For example, if you purchased on the 15th, you’ll be charged on the 15th of every month until the balance is paid in full.

  • I understand plans can change. Single sessions and any payments already made on a payment plan are not refundable.

    If you are experiencing hardship or a significant life change that will make further payments on a payment plan difficult, please reach out at least 5 business days before your next payment to discuss.

  • For medical emergencies or significant issues, you may be able to reschedule without losing a session, so please reach out if something urgent comes up.

  • No worries! If you know you're going to be late, please send me an email or message me via WhatsApp to let me know.

    Session times won’t extend for late arrivals and will not be rescheduled if you can’t attend a full session. If I'm late for any reason, I will extend our time if possible.
