Welcome to the Feral Cycle Breakers Community
A Space for Neurospicy Cycle Breakers to Heal Out Loud!
The bravest people in the world are the cycle breakers
The ones who say, "Enough is enough!"
So welcome cycle breaker, I’m so freakin happy you’re here!!!
The Feral Cycle Breakers Community is built for neurospicy baddies (ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, CPTSD) to take off the mask, heal, and break free from all the overthinking, anxiety, crash outs, relationship struggles, trauma, and stress.
"Being part of this community with Valerie has been life changing. I’ve found a space that’s safe, genuine, and supportive, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It gives me clarity, confidence, and the courage to be fully myself."
What you’ve been dealing with…
You’re the black sheep of the family, probably with a late-stage diagnosis.
As a kid, you were called too sensitive, weird, talked too much, lazy, and got in trouble for forgetting things and struggling to pay attention.
As an adult, you’re critical as hell of yourself and never feel like you’re doing enough or good enough.
Conversations and tasks drain you because you overanalyze and obsess over everything and can’t get out of your head!
When you’re overstimulated, feel unheard, or misunderstood you may lash out, shut down, or beat yourself up like it’s all your fault.
So, you find reasons to push people away and isolate or get super clingy but never speak up when they hurt you.
You’ve tried therapy, journaling, meditating, listening to self-help podcasts, and have at least 500 mental health TikTok and IG posts saved that we both know you’ll never look at again.
It helped a bit but eventually, you fall back into the same old routine…
Staying up way too late, doom-scrolling or binge-watching Netflix, feeling exhausted, procrastinating, and just going through the motions every day.
Seeing the latest breaking news makes you feel depressed, anxious, and stressed TF out.
Figuring out what to do and feeling your feels is overwhelming and scary.
Anytime someone tells you to “Just breathe,” you wanna scream because your justice sensitivity, pattern recognition, and hyperfixation are in overdrive.
Maybe the problem isn’t you…
All of this comes down to 3 factors:
The methods given to you for healing like talk therapy and basic mindfulness practices aren’t built for neurospicy minds.
The relationship issues are tied to childhood and generational trauma that requires a deeper approach to healing.
Your neurodivergence has been treated like a problem that needs to be fixed.
You do not need fixed and there’s not a damn thing wrong with you!
The Reason for the Community…
Hey there, I’m Val (or Valerie—either work). I’m a somatic trauma practitioner with CPTSD and ADHD who specializes in childhood and generational trauma. I have a background in social work and WGSS (Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies) and chose to move away from the Western Talk Therapy model because of how much it pathologizes issues caused by systems of oppression and how ineffective it is long term for neurospicy peeps. ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism aren’t diseases that need to be fixed and CPTSD requires more than talking about our shit.
We’re often already aware of our patterns and struggles with emotional regulation and expression. So instead of trying to fix ourselves, continuing to talk about our struggles, and trying to fit in with the normies I created a place to be feral!
The goal of this space is to help you:
Embrace your neurospicness as a strength and work with it.
Address childhood trauma, generational trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship issues.
Manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and all the other shit you deal with.
Develop techniques to deal with hypervigilance, overthinking, overanalyzing, procrastination, and imposter syndrome.
"Valerie creates such a rare, nurturing space that allows for both internal reflection and connection. Each practice and chat balances self-regulation with communal support, where we can explore ourselves without judgment. It’s a space for real healing that speaks to the senses and connects the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual."

"In therapy, I used to intellectualize my issues, trying to 'fix' myself through understanding my past. With Valerie's approach, I learned self-acceptance, tuning into my mind and body to make mindful decisions in the present. The Somatic practices encouraged me to connect with my own intuition and inner guidance. Therapy helped with surface-level understanding, but this brought me to a place of self-trust and clarity. I’m perpetually grateful for the growth I’ve achieved with her."

This isn’t a space for everyone. If you’re here, you probably already know where I stand—pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-black, pro-land back, pro-SWer, pro-disability rights, anti-patriarchy, anti-capitalism, and 100% here for liberation, equity, and healing.
If that’s your vibe, you’re home.
