My life mission is to empower & inspire women/vulva owners globally to radically love and trust themselves and embrace their inner power and neurospicy minds to make their desires a reality!

For 20 years, I've guided over 20,000 women/vulva owners to embody a sense of autonomy and freedom and witnessed them drastically transform their lives and self-image.

This mission and journey were built on my transformation…

I’ve had to overcome a lot in my life: a narcissistic mom and stepdad who were violent alcoholics created a lot of financial and housing instability, multiple sexual assaults and abusive romantic relationships, having to go on WIC and food stamps when my daughter was little, cervical cancer, and severe spinal and nerve damage after years of pole and aerial, and in 2017 I was hospitalized for a suicide attempt. 

After that, I was diagnosed with CPTSD and ADHD, and I made it my mission to overcome all of that. 

There have been many times when I didn't think I was going to be this, and I did. I proved to myself that it was possible because of that and my determination to be better I've done things like:

As a single mom, I built 2 successful businesses and consulted on many others. I healed my body from chronic pain and fatigue and learned to love myself completely. I built stronger, healthier relationships with my dad, daughter, and friends and built the courage to live my truth.

I reshaped how I run my coaching business to work with my ADHD & CPTSD to build sustainable, regenerative practices that align with my love of nature and the pagan practices I’ve followed for decades.

My story proves that everything you desire is possible. My unique approach to this work combines Somatic Parts Work aka IFS Therapy, Sensorimotor Processing, Sensual Movement, and Elemental Witchcraft.

I prioritize an intersectional feminist, decolonized approach to success for neurospicy women/vulva-owning entrepreneurs to create sustainable, regenerative businesses.

Outside of helping women vulva owners build businesses I also help them embrace independence, body acceptance, self-love, and owning their inner power and voices.
