In this small, supportive 13-week circle, you’ll combine somatic healing, inner child work, mindfulness, and community connection to:

What to expect each week?
We meet for 90-minute sessions weekly for 13 weeks. Each session combines:
Grounding & Check-In: Start with a calming practice and share celebrations and challenges for reflection.
Group Discussion: Explore topics like breaking cycles of self-criticism, healing attachment wounds, or embracing joy after trauma.
Somatic Healing Practices: Use practices like inner child healing, generational trauma work, and nervous system regulation to resolve old patterns and create new, supportive habits.
Embodiment & Movement: Practice intuitive movement, breathwork, or meditation to integrate new habits and beliefs.
Reflection & Support: End with personal reflections and tailored suggestions for continued growth.

Absolutely! All experience levels are welcome. You’ll be guided through each practice at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

Life transitions can be challenging, and it's normal to seek support during these times.
This is a trauma-informed circle, so you’ll be met where you’re at and offered tools and support to get you where you want to be.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Think of something you’d feel relaxed stretching, dancing, or sitting in.

Bring a water bottle, a blanket or yoga mat, a journal, and an open heart ready for connection—with yourself and with our community.

“Women” includes cis and trans women, while “femmes” refers to non-binary individuals who were born with a vulva or identify with feminine energy.

No, it’s not a substitute for therapy, prescribed medications, or necessary medical treatment. It’s a great addition to your current care or next step if you’ve completed care.

The 3-month commitment allows us to go deeper, giving you the time and support needed to create lasting change. We meet weekly, ensuring regular touchpoints for support and growth.

Since each in-person circle has limited space, payments are non-refundable.
If you’re on a payment plan and cancel, current or past payments won’t be refunded.

Recaps and practice videos will be sent 24-48 hours after each session, so you can stay on track. You can also reach out through our group chat if you have any questions.

If you choose the 3 monthly payments of $125 it’ll be charged the same date each month. If you choose the 6 bi-monthly payments of $62.50 they’ll be charged every 2 weeks for 3 months. Payments will automatically cancel after that.
